BUGS/ERRORS SINCE RELEASE OF VERSION 3.1.052

The Quarterly Report WAGE.DAT file is dropping the leading zeroes on an employee's social security number. You may put the leading zeroes in the file by using Notepad to edit the file or you may edit the file in USTAR.

If the Box 10, 11, 12 or 14 amount was zero on the W-2, the program was printing the attached label and no amount. The bug has been fixed and a new program is available for download from the Internet.

The W-2 program was marking the Third Party Sick Pay box in Box 13 for an employee that did not have Third Party Sick Pay. This error would occur only when printing the Employer set of W-2's with the report option set to print both social security and Medicare employees. The bug has been fixed and a new program is available for download from the Internet.
